Mr. Josh Hundley who is now
our lead technician, will be opening his own repair facility,
offering the same great service you have enjoyed. I am so proud of

time and his wonderful wife Amy will be taking appointments, his
shop will officially be opening 6/20/13, as he has been kind enough
to stay on and help us until our affairs are finished, as that is
the caliber of man he is. He has excellent customer service skills,
and is very good at helping people understand and prioritize their
repair needs. You will find him a man of his word, honest thru and
thru.
Mr. Bobby Reich who was the lead technician on our
team for eight wonderful years preceding Mr. Josh Hundley’s arrival,
who left us and opened his own shop, too. His contact information

reach him at 396-3662. Mr. Reich is very, very special to me, and
was and is indeed a rare gem. He is one of the most Humble people
you will ever have the pleasure to encounter, and he too, has
excellent customer service skills. He is gifted to be sure. You will
find him bending over backward to make sure you are taken care of.
Mr. Pat Thomas who was also in our employ, now works at Tire
Rama under the management of Mr. Shawn Lamb in Hamilton. Tire Rama
is a Napa Auto Care Center also, and because of that have the
ability to warranty those claims that may fall under the one year
twelve thousand mile warranty period . Mr. Thomas is a veteran
technician, who specializes in alignment technology. You will find
his candid honesty refreshing, and his work is absolutely excellent.
If you need tire services, I recommend you visit Tire Rama,
and see Mr. Lamb. Shawn has been a mentor of mine for many years,
and his knowledge base and commitment to excellent customer service
have absolutely been an example. I owe him many thanks for all he
has done for me and with me.
